At NAILCISSIST, we want you to love your manicure; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused and unopened products. To maintain hygiene standards, items must be in their original packaging with all seals intact.

Return Process

  Securely package the unused items in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all components are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
